1/4 c. trail mix
1/4 c. canned crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbs. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. ricotta cheese
2 tsps. honey
8 graham cracker squares
In a small bowl, combine trail mix, pineapple, walnuts, ricotta cheese & honey. Spread on graham crackers. Serve immediately.
