Snappy Salsa

6 medium, ripe tomatoes
1 small red onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsps. jalapeno peppers, minced
1/2 c fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Juice of half a lime

Chop tomatoes & combine with onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro leaves, cumin & lime juice. Will keep for 2 days in the refrigerator.
