4 tomatoes, peeled & finely chopped
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
3 Tbs. chopped, mild green chilis
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Mix ingredients together. Cover & chill several hours. Serve with chips.
