3 c shredded cabbage
2 c shredded carrots
1/2 c mayo
1 T white wine or cider vinegar
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Combine cabbage & carrots. Stir together remaining ingredients & pour over cabbage mixture. Cover & chill 2-24 hours.
