Fried Rice

2 Tbs. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. green onions
1/2 c. onions
1 c. fresh sprouts
1 Tb. chicken stock base
3 Tbs. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice

Heat oil over high heat. Add salt. Break eggs & scramble quickly until egg is cooked into small particles. Add onions, stir fry 2 minutes. Add sprouts, stir fry 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients & fry until hot. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
