Russian Pork Chops

4 pork chops, 1 1/2" thick
1 Tb. oil
1 Tb. flour
2 Tbs. wine vinegar
2 tsps. sugar
1 Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
1 c. sour cream

Brown pork chops in oil
remove from pan. Add flour & stir to loosen crusty bits from bottom of pan. Add remaining ingredients
stir until blended. Return chops to pan. Cover & cook slowly (about 50 minutes).
