1/2 c. light soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry, brandy or saki
2 Tbs. sugar
1 large clove garlic, sliced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Mix all ingredients together & use as a marinade for poultry, pork, beef, & shrimp.
