1 c. red wine
1/2 c. peanut oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients. Pour over 3-4 lbs. of beef & chill 6-12 hours. Turn to distribute sauce over beef. Baste with sauce while cooking, if desired. Makes 2 c. marinade.
