2 cups heavy cream
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons grated lime zest
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
Fresh fruit

An AJC Top 10 recipe for year 2000. "No muss, no fuss" You don't need any special equipment, and it truly takes no more than 5 minutes to mix. It packs a strong lime flavor and ultra-creamy texture and is good served with fresh berries or shortbread cookies. In a large bowl, combine cream and sugar
stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime zest and juice. The mixture will start to thicken slightly. Pour into freezer-safe metal or plastic container. Cover with foil and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Scoop or spoon into individual serving bowls along with sliced fruit, such as mango, blueberries, kiwi or strawberries. Serves 4. --- From: "Cooking for Dummies" by Bryan Miller and Marie Rama (IDG Books, $19.95) Per serving: 409 calories (percent of calories from fat, 49), 1 gram protein, 54 grams carbohydrates, trace fiber, 22 grams fat, 83 milligrams cholesterol, 23 milligrams sodium
