Individual Icebox Cakes

1/2 c. whipping cream
3 Tbs. granulated sugar
1/3 c. apricot or prune puree
24 vanilla wafers

Whip cream, beat in sugar. Fold in puree. Spread the wafers with this & pile them up in stacks of 4 wafers each. Ice the stacks with the rest of the fruit cream. Chill at least 6 hrs. Garnish with fruit or cream.
