1 1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsps. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
Heat oven to 350. In large mixer bowl cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs & vanilla
beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda & salt
gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool slightly
remove from cookie sheet onto wire rack. Cool completely. About 4 1/2 dozen cookies.
