2 c salad oil
3 c sugar
4 eggs
2 c buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda
6-7 c flour
2 Tbs baking powder
1 1/2 Tbs vanilla
1 1/2 tsp salt
Cream oil, sugar, eggs add buttermilk, soda, vanilla, and flour --stiff cake batter Grease cookie sheet 6 cookies per sheet sprinkle on "lots" of cinnamon and sugar before baking Bake @ 400 for 7-8 minutes (Do not overbake) --LLRed
