Baked Garlic Chicken with Honey Mustard Sauce

4 T butter, softened
2 green onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 t lemon juice
1 t dried oregano
3 lb chicken, cut up
1 c mayonnaise
2 T honey
1 T brown mustard

Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, onions, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt & pepper to taste. Arange chicken in baking dish. Spread seasoned butter over chicken. Baked 50 minutes or til tender, basting occasionally with pan juices. For sauce, blend mayonnaise, honey & mustard. Serve with chicken.
