6 - 1 oz. squares bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c butter
Ground nuts, confectioners' sugar or unsweetened cocoa powder
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for 1 minute, on high. Stir til smooth. If desired, stir in 2 Tb Kahlua or brandy. Chill 1 hour or til firm. Scoop mixture by level tablespoonfuls
roll into balls. Roll in nuts, sugar or cocoa. Stir in airtight container in cool place or freeze up to 2 weeks. Makes 16 truffles.
