Rosemary Pound Cake

1 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
1/4 c honey
5 eggs
2 c sifted cake flour
1 t baking powder
1 T snipped fresh rosemary
1/4 t orange extract
1 1/4 t finely shredded oragne peel
1 1/2 t orange juice
1 recipe Orange Juice Glaze
Sprigs fresh rosemary,opt

Cream butter & sugar 6 minutes. Beat in honey. Add eggs. one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each addition. (Batter may look slightly curdled) Stir together flour & baking powder. Gradually add flour mixture to sugar mixture, beating on low speed just till blended. Gently stir in rosemary, orange extract, peel, & juice. Pour into prepared loaf pans. BAke in 325 oven 45 minutes or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 mins & remove. Drizzle with Glaze & top with rosemary sprigs. Orange Juice Glaze: Stir together 2/3 c powdered sugar & 2 t orange juice. 187 cal, 11g fat (50% fat)
