2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 -2 c. milk
2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
2/3 c. whole wheat flour
2/3 c. white flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tb. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbs. melted butter
Beat together eggs & 1 3/4 c. milk. Stir together cornmeal, flours, sugar, baking powder & salt. Combine mixtures. Add butter & enough milk to make a pourable batter. Grease a griddle or large frying pan & drip batter into hot grease in 5" circles. Makes 14 pancakes. 132 cal, 4g fat, 48mg chol, 277mg sod
