1 lb. bulk sausage
2 slices bread, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Crumble sausage into medium skillet. Cook until brown. Drain well. Spread bread cubes in a butter 12x8x2 baking dish. Top with sausage & cheese. Combine eggs, milk & seasonings
beat well & pour over cheese. Cover & chill overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until casserole is golden & tests done. Serves 6-8.
