Vienna Bread

1 loaf Italian or French bread
8 oz Swiss cheese slices
1/2 lb butter
2 T chopped onion
1 T dry mustard
1/2 t seasoned salt
1 T poppy seeds
1 t lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350. Slice bread crosswise, but do not go completely through the crust. Fill with cheese slices. Place on a large piece of aluminim foil. Pull foil up around the loaf but leave the top open. Melt the butter in a saucepan
stir in the onion, mustard, seasoned salt, poppy seeds and lemon juice. Pour seasoned melted butter in between slices and over the top. Seal the foil around top. Bake for 35 mins. 426 cal, 33g fat, 89mg chol 633mg sod
