Sirloin on Skewers

8 Tbs. butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper
2 lbs. thick beef sirloin, boneless
1 red bell pepper
8 large fresh mushrooms

In a small sauceapan, melt butter & add garlic, paprika, salt & pepper. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cut sirloin & pepper into 1 1/2" pieces. Marinate if you wish. Skewer beef, peppers & mushrooms. Brush with the butter mixture. When the fire is ready, grill & baste. Turn over & brush with butter mixture as often as you can. May be grilled with cover down. Makes 8 servings Note: Additional flavor may be picked up by adding the cubes of beef to the butter mixture for 1-2 hours before grilling.
