1 can (15 ounces) white beans
1 package (4 ounces) garlic herb cheese spread, such as Boursin or Alouette
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons minced fresh chives

Can't get much easier than this. It's great with crudites, pita bread or plain crackers. Place the undrained beans in the container of a food processor or blender along with the garlic herb cheese spread, salt and hot pepper sauce. Process until the mixture is smooth. Spoon the bean dip into a serving bowl and sprinkle the chives on top.
