Today was not too eventful. I got to sleep in until 1:00 on a Monday. That was very nice. Then I made French Toast to celebrate America (haha...). Emily A. and I drove around to different parties searching for free bbq but turned up unlucky. So we went to Bishop Park and watched a fireworks show. We tried to light 99 cent sparklers I got from K Mart but that wasn't very successful (no wonder they were 99 cents). I have not seen that many children in Athens gathered in one spot before. There are two different worlds here.
Speaking of worlds, I saw War of the Worlds last week. It was awesome. One person I went with didn't really enjoy the movie, but everybody else did. If you like things like aliens, directors like Steven Spielberg, and enjoy ridiculousness, then you will like War of the Worlds.
We played in Atlanta Satuday night with I am the World Trade Center and Snowden. The show was great. There were several people there even when we played first. Gwynne drove from Athens to see us... it is her last Psychic Hearts show, and last show in Georgia period as she is moving to Seattle to pursue a new life after graduation. Best wishes to Gwynne.
