hehe. i thought this title is kinda funny. anyway, just an update with my eye problem. There remains what looks like a scar, or possibly just remnants of the stye itself. either way, its been a month and there is no pain from the mark left there. We may ask our nurse, Mr. Snow, what it is.

I have been elected to play president Bush in a mock debate at my school. Our class voted and I recieved an astounding 14 votes! (insert oos and aahs here) I find that impressive considering we have about 20 kids in our class. A few weeks prior we held votes to see which class would represent Bush and which class would be Kerry. In our class Kerry recieved 2 votes, (one didn't know who either of them were and the other thought it would be funny) in the other class, 7 votes. Central Florida leans right. Anyway, a girl from the other class was voted to play kerry because their class had more votes for him. Each class had to find several articles on their assigned topics on their assigned president (i.e. my partner and I were given the topic of the war in Iraq and had to look up Bush's stand, and type a question and answer for it. That question will be asked and i will read the notecard for the correct answer during the debate). I am slightly nervous because the debate will take place in front of the entire school, middle and elementary. I watched Bush in the rally we attended and hopefully that will help. can you just imagine...
