Just for kids (because they believe)

I went to my Monday morning book study at church today. We are discussing Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World. We read a chapter a week and answer the questions on that chapter in the back of the book. When we meet on Monday we discuss the questions. Sometimes we break up into small groups to get into more detail ( we have about 25 people in our large group).
Yesterday one of the people in my small group talked about how she missed the relationship she had with God when she was a little girl and she wished it could be that way again. I told her the preist at mass on Sunday had just talked about how we should accept God as children do and that it is definitely in the Bible, I just wouldn't have a clue where to find it.
I went home after the meeting and had an overwhelming feeling when I walked in the door that God was sitting in my new recliner waiting for me. I decided to check my email. I went to the computer and moved some papers out of the way.

Under the papers was the Bible. I got the message and went into my family room to sit down with God. I looked up a Bible verse that really touched someone at our meeting. I was sure that it must have been meant for her at that time because I wasn't really getting anything from that particular verse at the time.
I said a prayer and thanked God for my friends in my group and asked Him to help me be a better friend. I asked Him if He would help me find that Bible verse about the children. I kept my eyes closed and held my Bible on my lap. I opened the Bible and placed my hand on a page. I opened my eyes and the verse I was looking for was on that very page.
This is the verse: Luke 18:15-17
People were bringing even infants to him that he might touch them, and when the disciples saw this, they rebuked them. Jesus, however, called the children to himself and said, "Let the children come to me and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Amen, I say to you, whoever does not accept the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it."
So I called my friends and told them.
Today I went to a different Wal-mart to get some flowers for my yard. I passed a sign at St. John Neumann church. It said "Miracles Happen"; and they do.
